2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

We accept returns of non-personalized, unused items within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

3. Personalized Jerseys (Custom Name/Number)

Personalized jerseys are made specifically to your instructions (name, number, and print style), so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind on these items. We will gladly help if your personalized jersey arrives defective, or with a name or number different from what you ordered.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Email us at futnity.store@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Attach photos of the item (and of the personalization error, if applicable).

3. We’ll get back to you with next steps within 5 days.
